The automated tournament management system, including software, algorithms, database structure, user interface and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of the owner.
All materials, source code, functionality and platform content are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.
Users are prohibited from:
- copying or reproducing the software or any part of the system;
- modifying or creating derivative works based on the platform;
- reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code;
- using automated systems or scripts to access or collect data from the platform without permission.
Any unauthorized use of the system may result in legal liability.
